I did not immediately understand what you mean...
Sorry.
When I commented this in sources - ANGLE_SKIP_TEST_IF(IsLinux() && IsIntel() &&
IsDesktopOpenGL()); - the issue became relevant.
So, the issue is also actual on my side.
