It is true, with enabled "Launch CSM" in BIOS laptop starts with normal screen
IF no another screen is connected.
But the big problem is when another external screen is connected before
booting. The internal screen is black in this case, and all the process of
booting is displayed on the external screen and no way to switch on the
internal screen even after boot.

I work on ASUS Zenbook UX32VD with 2 external monitors connected through VGA
and HDMI and the only way to work for me is keeping CSM disabled and patching
kernel.
At the moment I enjoy this patch https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/linux-ak/
which is created thanks to jkp (attachment 107199
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/attachment.cgi?id=105281&action=edit). It does work
perfectly. Any other workaround with CSM it's no solution at all. Another patch
which worked for me also was this
