If I use intel_dp.c from rc1, the internal screen comes up OK with rc2, so
appears the issue is with changes to intel_dp.c. Changes between rc1 & rc2
include removing a code segment which has the clamping debug message. (Then
fails with "Unknown symbol intel_dp_stop_link_train (err 0)")
