I've recently also upgraded my Gentoo system to the same package versions as
Jens Pranaitis, except the kernel which is 3.10.7-r1.
I'm currently running xmonad, and the momemt i run glxgears the GPU hangs big
time.
I still need to compile xf86-video-intel with uxa and disable sna to avoid
hangs.
