You do realise that UXA only works because it doesn't support vsync? You can
also turn off vsync for SNA with either

  Option "SwapbuffersWait" "false"

or

  Option "VSync" "false"

At this moment in time, the most likely reason is that you have an early
version of SNB prior to the retrofitted vsync support. :|
