intel-gpu-overlay output + intel_gpu_top
tried your kernel. But intel-gpu-overlay 1.6 says that GPU freq not found in
debugfs.
Anyway i caught some unusual output from dmesg:

And made a picture of gpu_top and gpu-overlay. Xorg waits showed some extreme
numbers for a moments but was 300-500ms most of time.
