I'm uploading Xorg log (large, cannot attach it here) with full debug after
multiple undock, re-dock actions. I will add a URL in a moment. 

Screens were auto-configured on each of the dock events triggered by udev.
During the last undock a crash occured: the mouse cursor is visible and changes
icon based on position and keypresses (e.g. to an input symbol, to an arrow,
size when clicking), however keypresses and clicks trigger no changes/usable
inputs. It is not possible to change to VT. After the last undock a re-dock was
done, but did not restore functionality. I killed the machine using ALT+Sysreq
B.
