hi,

same bug here.

I can however easily reproduce it. When I use the geeqie image viewer on a set
of photos (resolution is 4608x3456) it crashes while browsing through the
photos within a minute.

still access to terminal but X is frozen and gdm will not restart.

geeqie is version 1.2 

I hope this can help to reproduce the problem more easily.

this is my hardware :
 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 4 Series Chipset
Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
