Not sure if this is a solution for your particular environment but based on the
duplicate issue it resulted in 2 commits to the kernel which were applied to
version 3.19-rc2 and the stable 3.19 was released on Sunday and deb files were
released on Monday.  

I ran the 4 commands here:
http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2015/02/upgrade-linux-kernel-3-19-ubuntu-14-04/

for my particular system and restarted and had the new kernel running with no
visible differences.  I'm only 24 hours in on 3 machines running the new kernel
but so far so good.
