Hotplug detection notification on i-g-t

>From the log I can see that you receive two hotplug events in a row that might
be interpreted as HPD storm and the driver switches to polling mode. That might
explain why display sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

I also added a patch to intel-gpu-tools that throws a note when hotplug event
is received. If you could run the following test

1. testdisplay -m
2. Unplug HDMI connector
3. Plug back HDMI connector

You should see only two "hotplug events". One for unplugging the connector and
one for plugging the connector back. Please report if this test is a success or
failure.
