For me this is becoming a nightmare and I'm seriously considering to buy
another computer with no intel graphics.

I'm having at least one X_Window system froze every day. Always the same
pattern; while using 3D graphics or accelerated 3D output. The only thing that
apparently works is disable DRI in xorg.conf, but then computer is almost
unusable because of the extremely poor graphics performance, not to mention
many programs directly does not like to work without DRI.

More than two years and the bug is still present. A nightmare!
