[Bug 96571] [CHV] Backlight init fails on Surface 3 if module load order is wrong

I blacklisted the 'i915' module on boot, and the screen does not go black
anymore. Then, from the root shell I type "modprobe i915" and it goes black.

The kernel log says, since the modprobe:
