--- Comment #5 from Ian Bruntlett <ian.bruntlett at gmail.com> ---
I am a volunteer tester for the Lubuntu project - in particular the alternate
i386 spin. I keep logbooks about the computers I work on.

Two computers with Intel graphics were exhibiting graphics problems.

1. HP Compaq dc7600, 64 bit desktop PC.
This was the first computer I experienced the bug with, the system details were
posted earlier on this page.

When testing Lubuntu 16.04 LTS 64-bit in May 2016, the graphics problems didn't
occur but the mouse pointer became invisible. Had to do CTRL-ALT-F1, log in and
then shutdown -r now to safely reboot.

Later on, 11th June 2016, I ran Software Updater again and didn't notice any
problems. Wednesday 13th July. Tested the system again, using it to read the
usual I.T. news websites (The Register, Next Platform, Phoronix, Slashdot) and
there were no problems. Sunday,24th July 2016. Did another test. Ran Software
Updater and did more I.T. website reading.

2. Samsung NC10, 32 bit NetBook.
This was the second computer I experienced the bug with, the system details
were posted earlier on this page. Last time any problems happened was December
2015. I have 6.5 pages of notes made since then, using it to test pre-releases
of Lubuntu Linux - even the forthcoming release, 16.10 (Yakkety Yak).

It _looks_ like the graphics corruption bug may have been fixed.

Congratulations :)
