That's the Intel driver. The Debian wiki mentions this about this package:

"The use of this driver is discouraged if your hw is new enough (ca. 2007 and
newer). You can try uninstalling this driver and let the server use it's
builtin modesetting driver instead."

You can probably check your ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log to verify which
module is being loaded by X, on my system I have this:

[ 11890.282] (II) Loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/modesetting_drv.so

I'm on Arch Linux though.
