I am experiencing the same issues on my Lenovo Thinkdad L540 on Manjaro
(Arch-Linux) with kernel 4.8.1-1-Manjaro. These problems were introduced in
kernel 4.6.x, which require booting with i915.enable_psr=0 to resolve the
issue.
