We did the HBR audio with HW decoding test 2 years ago, and the conclusion is
HBR audio doesn't work. I'm not sure it is HDMI 1.4 or HDMI 2.0.

At that time, we don't have resource to implement this feature. And then last
year, the HD Audio driver ownership is transferred to PEG audio team. So I'm
not sure about the current status of HD Audio driver of HBR audio support.
AFAIK, they didn't put much effort on HBR audio supporting.
