Dolby Digital and DTS is not HBR audio and it should always work.

For this issue, I think we should make sure whether audio driver support HBR
audio or not. In my opnion, both Audio driver and gfx driver need some patches
to support HBR audio. I don't think only effort in gfx driver can make HBR
audio work if audio driver doesn't support HBR audio.

Yes, this is the same status 2 years before we did the test.
