diff between VBT dumps for BIOS and UEFI boots

The BIOS provides us with a different Video BIOS Table (VBT) depending on
legacy vs. UEFI boot. There are differences in the panel type (really just an
index in the tables), device type, timings. It's ridiculous that there are
differences to begin with, as if the display hardware required different
handling depending on the boot mode. I'm not sure which change (if any) explain
the change in behaviour.
