I see that the display is getting detected in the last log, but there is no
modeset from the userspace. Can you post the output of
`xev -event randr` or (`xev -display :0 -event randr` if you are using ssh)
while turning the display on again? 
This will help us confirm how the user space driver is handling the hotplug
event from the kernel (assuming the kernel sends it).

Also, what happens if you set the mode manually with xrandr after turning the
display on ?

Can you also post xorg.0.log?
