Hi Dhinakaran,
thanks for looking into this. Let me assure you that DP1.2 works flawlessly on
the U3415W when connecting a Windows machine. So my guess is the i915 takes a
wrong turn somewhere with this setting. Switched to DP1.1 for now as a
workaround.
