The immediate bug is that the frame counter goes AWOL as soon as the TV encoder
gets enabled on 965gm. It also has other issues such as the scanline counter
speeding up during the the vertical blanking period and stopping entirely for
the duration of the bottom border, which means the timestamp based frame
counter emulation of gen2 wouldn't work reliably either.

I have an affected machine and I started to hack together some things to fix
these problems. But it's looking like I won't have time to finish that stuff in
the immediate future.
