[Bug 104975] Delay in skl_disable_plane() causes a system freeze

I tried increasing the VBLANK_EVASION_TIME_US, but that caused a Potential
Atomic update failure error always and system crashed.

I also tried Ville's branch, but that too didn't help and the system still
crashed.

I tried both of the above with a delay. I will give these a try without the
delays too.
