I've rebased on top of v4.15.x, can you test the following branch works?

Don't add a delay, but I do need the CONFIG_DRM_I915_DEBUG_VBLANK_EVADE logs.
There should be no mention of things like:
[ 3263.045247] [drm] Atomic update on pipe (A) took 123 us, max time under
evasion is 100 us

any more..
