[Bug 96571] [CHV] Backlight init fails on Surface 3 if module load order is wrong

I tested Linux 4.18rc6 and find that, as before, backlight adjustment does not
work unless kernel is built with three following options:

CONFIG_PWM_LPSS=y
CONFIG_PWM_LPSS_PCI=y
CONFIG_PWM_LPSS_PLATFORM=y

Jani, if possible, could you please look into this issue again?
