I have a Thinkpad T460s. 

One screen with a Dell 27" screen with 2560x1440 resolution via displayport on
the dock works fine. 

I added a second monitor (a NEC 1080p screen) also via displayport and I get
this issue with two external screens.

So both are on displayport and I get this. Either monitor as the only external
monitor works fine.
