I suspect "PPS GPIO Pins: Using PMIC" might be the problem here. It may mean
that the pmic driver may have be involved here somehow. Sadly the VBT spec is
as useless as ever explaining any of this. Also I'm not sure which pmic glk
would even have.

Please attach the output of acpidump here.
