Kernel has halved Manhattan 3.0 & 3.1 offscreen versions regression to half on 
J4205 between mid July and August (a period from which I didn't get data due to
bug 110848).

I think rest of the regression is too small and too hard to track down => I'm
fine with WONTFIXing this

(There are much more serious bugs, like the GPU hang regressions.)
