[PATCH i-g-t 0/3] Run PSR2 Selective Fetch Tests if possible

Currently kms_psr2_sf is running only Panel Replay Selective Fetch
tests on setups supporting Panel Replay. Such setups are usually
supporting PSR2 as well.

This patch set allows running kms_psr2_sf PSR2 tests on these setups.
