[Intel-gfx] colored xv output

Check out bug #18937
(http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18937). I saw the same
thing once (it was green), but I haven't managed to reproduce it
(although I don't use xv too much). Someone tried a bisection although
the irregular nature of the issue makes things difficult. Hope this
