[Intel-gfx] GM965 and GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap problem

Hello lists members,
I'm having problems on using compiz and kwin with desktop effects (from
kde4).
Compiz can't find the GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap extension so it workaround
to use indirect rendenring:
[braulio at myhost ~]$ fusion-icon

With this, the performance is of course a bit slower.
With kwin is much worser, as it returns:

and isn't smart enough to work with indirect rendering, so I can't use it
with the composite extension.
The strange thing is that running glxinfo I can see the
GLX_EXT_texture_from_pixmap extension:

That leads me to thing about to options: I have an installation problem or
the driver doesn't support this extension togheter with direct rendering.
