[Intel-gfx] Cleaning up branches in xf86-video-intel

As your inbox might tell you, (I didn't think to turn off commit
notification before doing the bulk branch removal), I've gone ahead and
made this change now.

Here are the results of that analysis. This is a list of the remaining
branches in our central repository listed in reverse-chronological
order. For each branch I show the number of commits not on master, and
the author and date of the most recent commit.

If people could take a quick look through these and let me know which
are no longer needed, then I will be happy to remove them. (And I won't
touch anything where nobody says anything---so don't worry if you've got
an active branch listed here---I won't delete it.)

Do pay especial attention to the 4 branches each with a single commit,
and the one branch that hasn't been touched since 2005. I think these
are prime candidates for deletion.
