[Intel-gfx] UXA interrupts

Hello,

why UXA generally emits much more interrupts than the same setup but with EXA?
It seems, I got about 30 irqs per sec with UXA. The same setup with EXA does
not emit so many interrupts.

Anyway, it seems that running UXA for several days results in very sluggish
desktop. It seems that there is a problem with interrupts, even trivial
operations result in high CPU usage.
