[Intel-gfx] Error detection and reporting

Hey all,

This thread has been dead for quite a while and I still haven't seen any
commits concerning error reporting in debugfs so I figured I'd revive it. These
are jbarnes' original patchset split into two. The first patch adds the
necessary #defines, etc. for error reporting and exposes a debugfs file dumping
the error state. The second patch actually enables the error detection
interrupt. They should both apply against linus's master.

I don't know what the S-O-B situation is on these as they are effectively
jbarnes' code, but if you want to merge the first patch, I can provide mine if
needed. It would be really nice to error information directly available in 
debugfs.

Jesse, have you done any more work on this patchset since this thread died?
