[Intel-gfx] [patch] Fix XV scan line calculation when rotated

Here is an updated patch that takes into account recent discussions.

However I am not convinced that the code needs to be or should
defend against the transformation yielding out of range values.

Log message:

When the screen is rotated the calculation of scan lines for
MI_LOAD_SCAN_LINES_INCL must apply the f_framebuffer_to_crtc
transformation.
