[Intel-gfx] Reporting regressions in intel-gpu-tools "make check"

Following yesterdays announcement of intel-gpu-tools with a built in
regression check I dutifully ran it and immediately got a failure.
Where do I report such regression failures? Freedesktop Bugzilla,
lkml, mailing list?
