Yes. If you want clone display, just startx without xorg.conf should be working. If you want extended desktop, please refer to http://intellinuxgraphics.org/dualhead.html. If you still have problem, please file a bug with log attached according to http://intellinuxgraphics.org/how_to_report_bug.html.
