If so, that would be 2 "VGA" monitors. It should be supported if you write 2 VGA monitor sections in xorg.conf. If that doesn't work, it will be fine to report a bug. (I know Ma Ling is working on some bugs for DVI-I)

Yes, sorry VGA would be more correct. I just made some quick assumptions
that following patches could be somehow related
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/intel-gfx/2009-January/000905.html
and as if VGA path detection isn't fully supported yet, I would find
some corresponding code near TV-out detection mechanism. Thats where I
ended up with RGB defines. Currently the driver detects TMDS-1 when
DVI-I/VGA adapter is connected and only onboard display seems to exists
as "VGA".

As hardware defaults to clone mode, where both digital and analog
display behind DVI-I turns on. I assume that x-driver just runs over
some flag(s) controlling on/off switches for analog output with DVI-I
and that it would only support clone-display from TMDS-1. But if
analog-pins in that DVI-I connector act as separate display-path by
hardware - I would not find any quick solutions.

Thanks,
-Teemu
