Version 2.4.1 is old for us, we have resolved this issue by dynamically init multiple function:

I use various versions of Ubuntu (8.04, 8.04.2, 8.10 and 9.04) including drivers with versions 2.4.1, 2.5.1, 2.6.3, 2.6.99 (compiled from git).  All, of course, have the same symptom.

What is the resolution to the issue?
