[Intel-gfx] [PATCH] Latest iteration of wait-time accounting patch

Here is the latest version of my wait-time accounting patch. This has dozens of
changes from ickle, who added enough wait points to actually make the patch
somewhat useful. I've been running with this patch for a few days now without
any stability issues. Let me know what you think. It has my S-O-B if no one
sees anything that I missed. Thanks,
