[Intel-gfx] [intel-gfx] Zaphod mode support in Intel driver

Hi,

I investigated that , Zaphod mode support was there long before in intel
drivers and depreciated as things are transitioning to XRandr.
Is there any possibility that we can get that feature back. I don't mind to
work on current Intel drivers. Experts, please suggest me ...
Working in Intel drivers will solve the problem or do we need any tweaking
on kernel or X server.
