A 2.6.31-1~experimental.1 kernel package got uploaded to Debian's

I've been having KMS issues under 2.6.30 I suspect stem from my
older HDMI-connected HDTV spitting out broken 720p/1080i EDID, but
have been waiting on 2.6.31 to test more heavily since I need to
stick with a 32-bit kernel and don't like being unable to use all my
RAM (no working KMS+PAE until 2.6.31).
