[Intel-gfx] subscribing intel bug to this list

On the -ati list we subscribe all the fd.o bugs for the driver
component to the mailing list so we can see bug info going past,

I've no idea where intel gfx bugzilla info goes but it might be handy
to have it on the list, for instance I reported a mesa regression
that had already been reported by Intel QA, and I'm not sure anyone
sees new bugs until days after they are filed and triaged.
