[Intel-gfx] Problem: agpgart not loaded -> drm/i915 can't work without intel_agp module

Hello everybody!
First, english is not my native language. Please excuse typing errors or
semantic errors.
Anyway, :)
Some errors happen with following video card, related to agpgart, i think.
*VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated
Graphics Controller (rev 18)*
*To help understand, follows in attachment output of many commands (dmesg,
lspci, ...). *
Follows too some photos where the screen appears vertically sliced (not
happens in all monitors).

In dmesg output, a message appears constantly:
*[drm: i915_init] *ERROR* drm/i915 can't work without intel_agp module*

When i try load the i915 module (system already loaded), this message
appears:
*FATAL: Error inserting i915
(/lib/modules/2.6.38-bpo.2-686-bigmem/kernel/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.ko):
No such device*
Debian Squeeze running 2.6.38 backported kernel (from Debian repositories).

I have tried to compile others versions of kernel***, with agpgart built-in
and as a module.
Tried to compile intel drivers (i915, ...) built-in and as modules but the
error above continues appearing.
It seems that agpgart don't can identify or probe the card correctly.
By consequence of fail in agpgart, i915 loads fail too. So the kernel loads
the vesa driver (i think)
and causes malfunction of video card (low resolution, screen sliced, not set
monitor frequency, ...).
*** I tried some versions released since the application of following patch
(Linux 2.6.34?), even last stable (3.0.1).

In versions without this patch ( < 2.6.34 ), dmesg output:
*... *ERROR* Cannot initialize the agpgart module.*
So, patch works fine. Agpgart fails in somewhere.
