Again: I asked for the output of intel_reg_dumper, not intel_gpu_dump.
The former shows us the state of the various registers related to output
setup, and has no dependency on any kernel driver.  The latter - which
you've attached - shows the command buffers the i915 kernel driver
submits to the hardware for rendering, which isn't interesting for this
problem.

If trying to load i915 restarts the computer with iegd already loaded,
I'm not entirely surprised.
