  - Future proof the sending of 3D_Ext_Data
  - Renamed struct hdmi_hdmi_infoframe to hdmi_vendor_infoframe (by, in turn,
    renaming the hdmi_vendor_infoframe enum to hdmi_vendor_any_infoframe)
  - Renamed HDMI_IDENTIFIER to HDMI_IEEE_OUI
