Could I trouble you to add the w/a note?
WaBCSVCSTlbInvalidationMode:ivb,vlv,hsw

No idea why it mentions only BCS and VCS, but it does seem to say that
it's essentially a new name for WaEnableFlushTlbInvalidationMode:snb.
