Yeah, a quick fixup patch would be pretty. For the vim configuration I
highly recommend to use

set cinoptions=:0,(0 " no indent for case and align function arguments to (

Then you can realign function parameter lists or multi-line if
condiditions with the = command, e.g. =a(
