[Intel-gfx] VP9 Encoding support in Braswell

On page 79. Table 8-5. of the below pdf, it states that VP9 encoding is
supported at 720p. (Intel Braswell SoC)

Interesting another vendor portwell (Braswell) listed their motherboard to
support HW Accelerated Video Encode Profile -  VP9 GPU-accelerated2

Can you please let me know if where I can find a Linux driver/distribution
for testing the same (even if its beta?) . I could not find any reference
at 01.org graphite site.
