[Intel-gfx] [4.6.2] Unclaimed register detected after reading register 0x65f10

Hi all,

Booting 4.6.2 on a Dell XPS 15 9550, nouveau dynamically powers down
the discrete GPU [1], tripping an interesting i915 warning [2].

Let me know if more information or debug is useful!
