Just copy pasting a few relevant lines is enough. You already had to
read those lines anyway to look up the bug. You may know it's the same
thing all over again, but no one else will unless they memorized the
bugzilla ids or click on every link in these mails. So I think just
putting up the links without further information is masking the scope of
the problem, and thus making it less likely that someone will step up
and go fix things.
